This is Molly. She adopted us. She was sitting on our front porch waiting for us when we got home from Mackinaw. As we were unloading the car, she walked right into the house like it was her long lost home. She is tiny....only about 7 months old. And she is VERY pregnant. I think she knew I was a midwife and love anything pregnant or having to do with babies :) And she knew I would take care of her. We're also pretty sure she's the daughter of Nicodemus, the cat we had last year who disappeared about 6 months ago.
Every night, we sit with her on the sofa and feel her sweet little kittens moving around inside her belly. Even Nate can't wait to see them!
She is incredibly sweet and gentle with Joel. She follows him around the house and never tries to scratch or bite him when he's pulling on her ears or standing on her tail.
She is not so nice to Lincoln though. He is learning to keep his distance if he doesn't want his eyes scratched out.
She also isn't nice to other babies....but for some reason, she loves Joel. I'm not sure why this is...maybe she knows he's family. They are best buds. He tries to copy everything she does and says "kitty" when he sees her.
Trying to follow Molly wherever she goes.
