Joel and Selah got to meet their very first (and only so far!) cousin, Silas!
Joel was very proud to be holding TWO babies.

I love my mornings with these two!
The lighting is TERRIBLE in our bedroom...so these will have to do.

The last time we took a picture here, I was pregnant with Joel. Now we have TWO kids. Such a weird feeling.

Rachel was very good at getting Selah asleep.
We painted Selah's toes....but then I got sad about her feet not looking like baby feet anymore, and I took it all off the next day.

Sleeping...At Least Selah is....
365 #14
Although my phone doesn't take as nice of pictures, I use it when I don't have two hands to hold my big camera. This is Selah's favorite place to sleep.

Second favorite place to sleep
She thinks this place is acceptable as well.

Her own bed however.....she hates it! I have hardly any pictures of her sleeping in her own bed (this was taken at a few days old). We're working on it, but at this point, it's easiest to just keep her in her front pack carrier. Thankfully, she is still tiny compared to Joel when he was 2 months old! But, my back is starting to feel the strain. We're working on a naptime schedule this week...hopefully she'll start sleeping regularly in her own bed!

Baseball
This was Selah's first baseball game. Nate set up a trip (found 50 people and hired a bus) to Chicago to go to a Detroit Tigers game. Very fun...but getting home at 4am was NOT fun. I'm definitely not a college student able to pull all-nighters anymore :)

Taken with my phone.
Selah did great for the first hour or so of the game...but when the fans started getting really loud, she decided to scream too.
She slept the whole way home on the bus though.

1st and 2nd Beach Trips
365 #11
The beach is one of our favorite places to go since it's only 30 minutes away. Selah didn't like it much the first trip but has loved it on every trip since then.
First trip...didn't like the sunscreen, or the wind, or the sand, or this stripey towel, or the sun...or really anything about the beach.
We learned a few things on the first trip and utilized them the second. A long sleeve shirt and hat so we don't have bother with the sunscreen is a must. And this polka dot towel will keep her entertained for a good hour.
