6 months!

Our little man turned six months old today. I can't believe how old he's getting!

He likes to eat peas, apples, rice, carrots, and squash (when I mix it with the rice cereal). He hates eating anything cold.

Nate came home for break today. As he was leaving, he waved at Joel and said "bye bye Joel." Joel studied him for a minute, raised his hand, and very distinctly waved back for the first time! We were so surprised!

He seriously has a bottomless pit for a stomach. He already weighs over 22 pounds and most of his clothing is size 18mo.

He likes showing off his teeth.

Over the past few days, I did several mini photo shoots with Joel. I took over 500 pictures! It was so hard to choose which ones to post.

He really loves wearing hats.

"Where did the hat go???"

"Ah...there it is!"

I think this one is my favorite.

We're almost done getting Joel's room together! It will be good to have him in his own bedroom.

We're trying to decide on a verse from Joel to paint on one of his walls. Here are the ones to choose from...help us decide!
