Idaho 365 #42

We spent another Saturday canning applesauce/pearsauce. We beat our last record of canning fifty-two jars in one day. Our new record is now sixty-six jars in one day. I must say, I and everyone else were very exhausted toward the end of the day. :)

 

We cut many apples...and by many I mean a LOT!

We cut a lot of pears too!
