I was craving cheesecake (huckleberry cheescake, to be specific) all day, so I finally got around to making it. :) It is very special because Mom made the cream cheese from scratch using milk from our cow, Tillie, and we picked the huckleberries in the mountains this summer. Next time, maybe I should consider using honey from the beehives on our property and see if I can get to our chickens' eggs before Benjamin does. That way it would be all home grown. :)
These two gobbled it down SO fast that I almost didn't have enough time to take some pictures. :)
